Eating more... losing more! Feeling great! 👍🏻
131.8 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

978 kcal Fat: 34.48g | Prot: 55.86g | Carb: 110.98g.   Breakfast: Masterfoods Tartare Sauce, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sirena Lite Chilli Tuna, Coles High Fibre Wholemeal Sandwich Loaf. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Salad Dressing, Onions , Aldi Frozen Green Beans. Dinner: Market Fare Broccoli, Gravox Traditional, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) , Quorn Cheese & Spinach Schnitzel. Snacks/Other: Scivation Xtend Intra Workout Catalyst. more...
