Been a tough few months. I haven't given up, but I've not been eating consciously and doing what I need to to lose wait. There's just so much stress in my life right now. And then I injured my foot. Or should I say it's an old injury that's reared it's ugly head. Plantar Fasciitis is very painful. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Add to that family issues with my 18 year-old son and me being a stress eater and you have the formula for steady weight GAIN not loss. Luckily even though my foot hurts like hell, I've maintained a work out though I've not been able to maintain intensity. Well enough beechin! I have only myself to blame for the gain. It's really no one's fault but my own. :o)
308.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

just try an refocus on your eating habits...an gettin the best workout you can with your foot like it is...you can do this...
