i have not been excersising in a whole year just doing everyday small tasks need to just do it. starting now i need to keep healthy foods in house all junk out when rested start a small amount of excersise even if its down to one end of street and back once in morning and once after lunch no more eating nothing or healthy fruit or veggies after 6 limiting that note for ones self. get started now no longer doing any slim fast watching more of what im eating and six small meals leaving all sugar and breads out. good luck goal still 170pds for now
