Mrs. H's Journal, 15 November 2012

Well another lb down and even after I decided to have a very small piece of dessert. My mom had invited us over for dinner last night and she made an apple dessert, of course it was awesome so you know it wasn't healthy lol. I enjoyed every bite!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yah on the loss! Doesn't hurt to indulge a little bit, keeps us sane lol. I'm still looking for those 160's....

Christy, you're right it does keep us sane and that has only been my 2nd time of indulging since I've started this journey. I also realized that the piece of cake that I took would have been my "old normal size" piece and I ended up cutting that in half. I'm realizing I can enjoy it just the same even if it's just only 3-4 bites of it. It was a wake up call and one that I've noted.

Now you've got me thinking I should have had some of that pumpkin pie tonight out at dinner . . Hmmmm. If I could just 'know when to say when!!' ;) This is exactly WHY I don't drink!!! Lol :)
