On track. 2 pounds a week. Adding C60 fullerenes in olive oil to my regimen for longevity reasons (not weight loss). Stopped multivitamins and replaced with vitamin C. Taking Omega 3 from oil (1 tbsp) instead of capsules.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
