On paper I gained a pound, but I only estimated my weight on the first day so it doesn't count. At the Dr. office today I was down 10 lbs fro 3 yrs ago.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
