Today I did wii fit plus and the Zumba it is fun but hard need to run on the trade mile also
119.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just joined today and this is already helping! I forgot I had a Wii and some exercise games along with my favorite, Wii dance, which I will definitely be doing today after work! If you have Wii dance here is what I do to get the most out of it. It's fun by itself and does get you sweating, but to kick it up a notch I do jumping jacks when there is a break or the dance moves are more of rest! And people call me crazy because even if I am just doing it with friends I always go put on some shorts and a sports bra :)

Hey Katarina what is the game called of the dance when you have a chance can you give me the name of it ya I am trying to do excerise everyday
