I have a hard time getting in the habit exercise every day but I am tired from working but need to try harder

Some people find it easier to do in the morning. They get up half hour earlier. Maybe add in a 30 minute workout dvd a few times a week. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred kicks butt and is like 20-25 minutes long. She also has others that are 30 minutes or less. You just need some light hand weights and a mat. After a few weeks, you find you have more energy.
