Last Week

76.38 Kg (168.4 Lbs) and 16.7% Fat.

This Week

75.93 Kg (167.4 Lbs) and 16.2% Fat.

Very pleased with my progress this past week. I had a buffet but didn't eat much, I went jogging twice, did a lot of hour-long yoga/stretching sessions and managed to play some tennis last night.

16.2%. I'm really close to 75 Kgs, and the challenge now is to get my fat percentage down while maintaining my weight.
167.3 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
