I worry about the way in which I'm losing. Over the past few days it's seemed as if I haven't been moving. Today, the scale finally moved a bit. But the magic number -- 50 lbs -- is still tantalisingly not quite there. The next magic number, 4 stone since I saw Navarrete, is even further away. But it will come. I'm sure.
331.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 163.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
