So far so good. I've been trying to do some form of exercise every day. If I don't get to the Power90, I'll swim or walk. The Power90 is hard because I really don't enjoy it and it weighs on me. I love to swim so that's much easier to do.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
