I have horrible disipline. I just don't think this weight loss is gonna happen : ( I have a dress fitting in less then a week for my sisters wedding. This is gonna be humiliating. Being measured and sized along side college aged girls I used to babysit for... argh! Ive stocked my fridge with veggies, fruit and lean meats. Maybe my protions aren't small enough? Maybe I'm not drinking enough water? Maybe I'm not keeping myself active enough... Incredibly frustrated today. Sad and disappointed in myself. Absolutely disgusted!
170.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
