I am definately exhausted just thinking about this weight gain. The frustrating part is I can't pin point the problem. I mean where did it all go wrong. Ive gained 40lbs in 2 years. I'm dedicated to up-ing my exercise routine. Making healthier food choices. I just don't see any significant changes yet. I don't understand. I know patience, patience, patience. I just don't wanna be in this body anymore : (
