I was afraid of the scales this morning because we went to the movies last night and I had popcorn. That corn is my kryptonite, I tell ya. So I was pleasantly surprised by the drop today. Meanwhile, I have been doing great with having my herbal Chai tea every morning (instead of coffee) and keeping it to just 3 meals per day (no snacking) this week. Hoping everyone has a great Friday.
