I've been totally off the program for several months now and it showed because I've gained back 20 pounds of the weight that I had lost previously on the SBD.

Thank God for second chances- where would I be today without them. I've been having some sleep difficulty that I feel is brought on by extra pounds- so I want to lose them.

Today is my first day back on SBD and so far so good.

I think that I fell off for several reasons...going through a lot of changes- like a new job; personal illness and illness of parents; depression- just triggers that blow out my dieting efforts. The great thing about SB is that it is forgiving and we can just start over again.

So here I am.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
