BMI: 28.9

Not feeling great about my body the last couple weeks. I am proud that I have gotten back into a routine of working out this week. I know that if I stick with it I will start to see results soon.

Goal weight: 140
Goal BMI: 24.8
163.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 21.0 lb a week
