Sooooo. Down another pound! :) I really haven't been able to add exercise in. Also weekend plans kinda changed. Going to watch my friend's 1 and half year old Friday afternoon til Saturday Afternoon. He's a Momma's boy so I expect him to cry and carry on some. But he does play well with my Almost 2yr old.

Anywho, gonna stay strong, work my meal plan. Make good choices today. Yay for it being almost the weekend!! :)
376.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 177.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
