ugh! this week has been very trying for me. i've gone to the fair with my dad and 11yr old brother, ate over at my dads, and had a bbq with friends last night, and none of those times i restrained my self from overindulging. i find that i do great by myself and when i'm around others i overeat. i especially do it when i visit my dad. he is an awesome cook but his foods are usually very fatty meats and processed breads(he's a southern cook). he makes me feel guilty when i tell him i'm trying to watch what i eat.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

oh dude I completely understand. We had some friend over this weekend, my friend wanted dairy queen, I order nothing ok I got a I cream cone, but no food. I went home and made chicken stir fry. Then my friend wanted some of the food I cook after she ate DQ. So she went into the bathroom and puked it up, then she ate some stri fry. About half hour later Billy's friend orderred pizza. Dude she ate two slices before I fell asleep. Needless to say I felt way better then her the next day. But everyday you get to start over which is nice.
