soooooo..... I think im doing well on my keto.... I'm not hungry though..... eating less of my meals.... a good strong bkfast... but I can't even eat half of dinner. is this ok?
237.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Darglist... livoo1.... only had one meal yesterday... added cheese bacon and avocado. My ketosis kicked in. Nice to see color on the test strips. I ONLY ATE BKFAST yesterday..... but I had a drop. Now.... how do I not get on the scale everyday?
