I am ok with this - first weigh in after coming home from a 7 day cruise. I am still having GI adjustment issues from the 10 day vacation...but I am sure I will be back on track in a few days.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 March 2019:
1623 kcal Fat: 69.68g | Prot: 134.61g | Carb: 123.47g.   Breakfast: Fairlife Fat Free Milk, Bob's Red Mill Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats, Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Dave's Killer Bread Raisin' The Roof, Salad Pizazz Raspberry Cranberry Walnut Frisco, Bananas. Lunch: Quest Cookies & Cream Protein Bar, Carrots, Del Monte Cut Green Beans, Turkey Light Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Dinner: Green String Beans with Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), brisket hot dog. Snacks/Other: Scrambled egg with vegtables, Turkey Meat, Great Value Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grapes. more...

I wish I could pull this off! I expect to be up 12-15 after my next vacation haha!

sir I know you.... I hope you had a wonderful vacation...we love to vacation well just add another 12 lbs to your 3 lb gain and that was me.... I went MIA for 313 days I had put on 15 lbs during that time and recently shed 4.25 of the gain ..onward towards goal... success towards yours:)
