ok... this keto flu is kicking my ass!!! I'm in full effect. not test strips and it's as purple as it will go.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Liv001 I feel soooo full right now. Took my fat butt to the gym. Had water... drinking Gatorade zero now. Awkwardly fell a little energized all of a sudden. How do u get past the fullness? Or do I just not eat till dinner?

I skip meals if I am full. I think that is one way ketosis can help us. Some days I am hungrier though and then I may eat two meals
