Well....I had an indulgent weekend. I blame the availability of all the Halloween candy. Could not keep myself away from it. Then, of course, met family for brunch on Sunday. Not pretty. So today I am thankful that I only gained .8 and am back on track with my choices. I still want to see success and am not willing to go back to where I was. Hope you find your way to staying on track too. Good luck to US!!
