So I weighed myself today and I saw that I was down to 108kg. Woohoo!! I was really chuffed, but then I remembered than I'm using new scales...so I don't know, the accuracy may be a bit off? But 108kg or not, I have only been on this diet for a few days and I'm really trying to make a difference. I'm not making much of a difference right now, but I'll get there. I just need to learn how to adjust and try harder.
Like the first day of my diet started off really well. I was eating salad! I never eat salad! But then my day took a sharp turn when I got some bad news and I was like "fuck it, comfort food". I'm a huge comfort food eater. At first I was really annoyed at myself, but then I figured, "hey, I haven't learned much yet. Once I get into the swing of this diet, I'm hoping it will be easier for me to give up junk food. Or at least when I;m thinner, I'd have more to lose lol".
So yeah. I'll figure out what works for me. I'm just following one rule right now: burn more calories than you consume. I'm gonna see how much weight I can lose without giving up my favourite foods.
238.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
