Counted calories for one month. Can still do better on my workout maybe even increase my calories. Lost about 8 pounds. Not bad. Lets kick ass this November!
332.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
