From oct 23 through jan 23rd i kost 9lbs of fat gained 9lbs of muscle per my dxa scan. I can keep this up. 240g carbs 220 protien 50g fat 2300kal
269.1 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
