Well i didn't lose much.. but a loss is a loss... getting a little tougher now. But i don't have much more to lose so i don't mind as much the slower progress... as long as its going in the right direction and that's DOWN! lol
165.3 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i lied.. i really mind.. :/ for some reason as time went on i really got upset about the half a pound.. i know i need to expect stalls.. but i don't know.. i'm really down about it :(

Dont be down huni! When you are as small as you are your body tends to lose weight a little slower, but every half a pound, 1 pound makes a differance. The scale is evil. It lies alot. For the first month I was dropping inches like mad, but my scale wouldnt budge, and I fell off track for a weekend, til I reminded myself that my pants were falling off of me. I know that you are doing amazing, I see your friend in your real day to day life can see that you are doing amazing! You got this! :] we are women, what isnt showing up this week or next week on the evil ass scale, will show up soon!! you are doing AMAZING! Keep your head up!!

lol..wow.. i actually smiled and chuckled at your post... i KNOW all this which is what frustrates me.. that i know better!... i hate the scale and i know that my body is telling me i'm getting smaller even if my weight loss may not totally reflect it. i did make the mistake this week which was not to eat enough... so i'm working on that.. thanks shae... i'm trying to not be bummed...

I was thinking the same thing about my post from yesterday, I know all the shit, it like It just doesnt matter at the time, but it does :] Go back a couple entrys ago and take look at your before jeans, the ones that are GONE! lol you are amazing girl!! We all have our bummy days, we just gotta ride it out. Keep on pushin :]
