I did well yesteday with the exception of having a beer (oops). I went to my boyfriends bar to drop him off and it was so hot outside I thought a cold beer would be nice. After getting halfway through I realized that I wasn's supposed to have beer, damn. Well I finished it anyway and just kept on with the diet. no harm, no foul.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
