First day hitting my macro goals, but calorie count is a struggle when combining with intermittent fasting (16:8). Didn't want dinner tonight, and so late, but forced cheese and almonds to get closer to calorie goal.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
