Yesterday, was by far the worst day I've had. Woke up late, Didn't eat breakfast, rushed out the door holding two eggs and a protein shake and through the day, that's all I ate. I never managed to get food in any other form. When Insanity rolled around, I couldn't keep up, at all. What a failure.
