So Status Quo on the weight loss which is good. Hurricane Sandy is whipping its winds around but all is good. I am well prepared and we are well stocked for the event. Will journal more later!
213.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
