Lost mostly water after entering ketosis. Yesterday was my second day.
Took ketone readings as follow:
morning - 0.9
midday - 2.0
evening (before bed) - 1.4

For some reason, this time keto-flue lasted longer that usual. Need to make sure I consume enough electrolytes today.
135.1 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just normal salt works good. I often add a bit of potassium salt and take magnesium. Those three are what keeps me going. Great that you are reading ketones

Yes, that helped me too. I always read ketones next day I enter ketosis and each time I change something dramatically, like adding carbs or protein.
