Put on some weight during one long vacation. Still okay. Now - back to fitness and balance.

Bone - 2.1kg

Waist - 74cm or 29in


Ketones - 0.9
137.6 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
