Still counting my calories, eating worse foods though. Excersizing the same.. I need to add more strength training to the routine..So i;ve been doing arm and ab excersize videos as well as my regular walks.. Allow more time for exersize maybe do a short video on monday mornings as well as wed and friday.. also could walk after work on thursdays. Life sucks a big fat dick right now! Ty left and isnt responding to anything hopefully hell be back to normal in a few days with his shit figured out.
