Got way off track with my mom visiting. 😣 I have to get back to my eating habits. The only thing that I've stuck with is drinking water. However, I've definitely been loading up on carbs lately.😔 I have to get back into ketosis and remember to make my meals separately from everyone else's.😧
344.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it. Just get the carbs down again. Don't be too hard on yourself for enjoying the time with your mom. It will all be fine in the long run

Thank you liv001! 🙄 I will definitely be cutting the carbs way down this week. I have to learn to say no to mom's cooking also. It's not low in carbs at all lol. Thanks again for the encouragement. 😊
