This has not been that difficult as I generally don't feel very hungry anyway. Often I am not that hungry when it is time to eat but my doctor has told me that I need to have at least 3 meals a day. He suggests that the largest be lunch and that dinner be a lighter meal with a snack at later in the evening while watching tv or working on the computer.
