So I somehow gained 3 LBS since yesterday, even with my effective carbs being below 20 and my 45 minutes of cardio. I really wonder why I even bother sometimes.
324.1 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 189.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I learned a few weeks ago that exercise makes you retain water as your muscles recover from the workout-that's probably what is happening. I gained two days in a row after working out then lost 3 pounds after that.

I hope it's something like that! I could certainly use a "whoosh"! Also, it would be nice if TOM went away.

I hear you on the TOM thing! These past few months mine has been playing this new game called "I'll show up whenever I darn well feel like it" LOL
