ANother busy day.. I was able to get back on track and do my exercise in the morning instead of in the evening (yesterday) .. Hope everyone has a good day! :)
199.1 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm just the opposite. I'd rather do my exercise at night after everyone goes to bed lol. Plus, I'm not a morning person :/

Before the twins (many many years ago) I would exercise at anytime.. Now that I have them - that is the best time for me..It's early when I do it, but I have that alone time and the exercise in the morning gives me that extra burst of energy.. lol lol.. The twins are 4 so they are very busy! :)

Oh yes, I remember when my twins were 4! Never a dull moment, that's for sure! LOL .. I think it's awesome that you still make time to exercise!

Ahhhww thank you Angie.. 6am is the only time I am by myself so that is the perfect time for me.. Once I wake them up.. OHHH BOY!! LOL LOL
