What a busy day played taxi driver majority of day for family members, went to a meeting, took twins and grandson to their dr appt.. prepared dinner for kids and got my workout in :) .. Hope everyone had a great day
199.1 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
