It happens but now you gotta just restart and think about your end goal. Break it down to mini goals as it's much more manageable! You can do this and just remember it's not gonna be a quick thing, it will take time, you will go up and down but it's your mindset. I found that counting calories really helps - stick to your recommended amount and stay on the lower end of it and don't worry too much about banning 'unhealthy' food just pick wisely and count calories. Try and limit to two carby meals a day and include lots of whole foods and veggies. Also I bought a Fitbit and it really makes you realise how little/lot you might walk so maybe invest in one. As even on my laziest, ill and most tired days now I make sure I still hit my 10,000 step target and it's a way to keep the body moving without hitting the gym! You've got this! 💪
