When I first started atkins, I lost 70 lbs in 5 months. If you follow the program perfectly, you will lose weight. and fast. Just buckle down and do it. We're responsible for ourselves. We have control of what our hands bring to our mouths. Stay in control. It's really easy to slip up but it's not worth it. One little taste of sweet can send you spiraling into a 3 month long hiatus. YOU CAN DO THIS!!
