Working and taking classes is taking its toll because without realising it I'm back on the stress eating wagon. Really gotta work on the late night snacking and late dinners AND skipping breakfast.

Skipping breakfast has been a bad habit of mine since high school. Also sleeping late.

At times it feels like I have no time for myself due to the seemingly endless pile of assignments and study to do, I need to fix my schedule and fit in at least 30 minutes of workout time.

I think no matter what is happening in life, the most important thing is your health. That should go without saying.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

On my diet (keto) skipping breakfast and sleeping late are considered really good things LOL. Hang in there with your classes. You are doing a good thing for yourself

@liv001 my momma keeps telling me that skipping meals might not be the worst thing I could do to my body, guess she's right. I gotta get on that Keto diet you on, sounds interesting.
