.4 lb loss 😔, was expecting a 2kg loss, been trending on 1,100:1,200:1,300s...Was really psyched up for this weigh in,....ah well mebee next week 😂👍
184.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
