A strange week for dieting. Out during the day three times this week and forgot to make a sandwich to take so bought a 6 inch Subway (no sauce, low fat meat). At the weekend I was out both days as a friend was in town for the weekend (it was her birthday on Sunday). So I ate breakfast and lunch out both days and dinner out on Saturday, and a glass of wine. I weighed myself on Friday and had gone down to 77.8. By weigh-in on Monday morning I was up at 78.4 which is very disappointing. I am enjoying the meals on this diet. Several of the recipes will stay in my cookbook to be used again and again. I'll be sticking closely to it this week.
