A strange week for dieting. Out during the day three times this week and forgot to make a sandwich to take so bought a 6 inch Subway (no sauce, low fat meat). At the weekend I was out both days as a friend was in town for the weekend (it was her birthday on Sunday). So I ate breakfast and lunch out both days and dinner out on Saturday, and a glass of wine.
I weighed myself on Friday and had gone down to 77.8. By weigh-in on Monday morning I was up at 78.4 which is very disappointing.
I am enjoying the meals on this diet. Several of the recipes will stay in my cookbook to be used again and again.
I'll be sticking closely to it this week.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
