A bit of a mixed week so surprised to record a loss.
Monday: stuck to diet
Breakfast: miffed muffin and satsuma
Lunch: bread roll with a little bit of spread, 25g cheddar, tomato, red onion, banana
Dinner: lamb kofta (CSIRO recipe) with bread roll, mushrooms, red pepper, orange cherry tomatoes and shangai greens
Supper: cocoa
Tuesday: Diet only partly followed today.
Breakfast: Muesli, low fat milk, apple
Lunch: roll, tiny bit of marg, pastrami, red onion, tomato
Dinner: boiled rice, Pitango Thai chicken curry
In the pub (at quiz): Ornage juice and lemonade and a pint of Tiger (The beer made me ravenous and wanting chips. Fortunately, the cippy was closed)
Wednesday: Diet only partly followed today
Breakfast: two miffed muffins
Lunch: boiled rice and prawn sitr-fry with broccoli, red pepper, spring onion and mushrooms with Thai spices
Snack: three satsumas
Dinner: Butter chicken from Vinod's (tasted strangely sweet)
Booze: too many glasses of wine, with friends
Supper: rare roast beef roll.
Thursday:
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: chicken soup
Afternoon: hot chocolate drink (no marshmallows) and a cheese, ham and pineapple toastie
Dinner: mixed veg and steamed salmon
Supper: satsuma
Friday: Not sticking to diet well - but keeping it okay-ish.
Breakfast: two miffed muffins, a satsuma, apple.
Lunch Fried, battered fish from Wellington Trawling company
Dinner: boiled rice, prawn stir-fry (prawns from WTC) with red bepper, spring onion, mushrooms, brocolli and shangai (like baby bok choy)
Dessert: Fresh pineapple
Saturday:
Breakfast: two boiled eggs and toast
Lunch: mashed potato and Pitango Thai chicken curry
Dinner: steamed potato, brocolli and salmon
Supper: mixed grain bread and spread, glass of red wine
Sunday: not kept the diet at all today
Sunday: diet not follwed at all today.
Breakfast: slice of mixed grain bread, spread and half a steamed potato
Snack: seven chocolate chip cookies
Dinner (x 2): roast pork, roast potatoes, roast golden kumara, roast yams, brussels sprouts
Monday: Not followed at all today
Brunch: left over roast - pork, potatoes, kumara, brussels
Snack: four chocolate chip cookies
Snack: dried fruit and nuts
Dinner: oriental noodles

Seems yesterday's weight was a blip. Plus, I'm a quite a bit ahem, er, 'emptier' than yesterday morning.

A strange week for dieting. Out during the day three times this week and forgot to make a sandwich to take so bought a 6 inch Subway (no sauce, low fat meat). At the weekend I was out both days as a friend was in town for the weekend (it was her birthday on Sunday). So I ate breakfast and lunch out both days and dinner out on Saturday, and a glass of wine.
I weighed myself on Friday and had gone down to 77.8. By weigh-in on Monday morning I was up at 78.4 which is very disappointing.
I am enjoying the meals on this diet. Several of the recipes will stay in my cookbook to be used again and again.
I'll be sticking closely to it this week.

Not a bad week, but not a particularly good one either. Had chocolate biscuits on Saturday, after a meal out - chicken tacos so probably not too bad. Some non-diet fizzy (because the dairy didn't have diet).
Didn't stick to the diet suggestions towards the end of the week but did stick to the protein and veg theme. I am going to make a chart of the units I'm supposed to have so I can track my intake.
Feeling very well in myself and in my head (possibly partly due to my first chiropractic adjustment). I don't feel as though I have lost much weight but 0.7kg is over a pound so not too bad.
Exercise for the week? 45 minute aqua class, 90 minute yoga class and some walking to view open homes.
