I started this plan a week ago, on June 28, but I can't seem to change this back to that date. I just forgot to do it when I started over. This does not make me happy.

But so far, it's been going well. It is hard, today especially, since everyone was eating at a huge church pig roast and I could hardly eat anything they were serving.

It's amazing how many foods have yeast in them.
