another try! good day today. low carbs day 1. was focused. tomorrow eat well and hopefully exercise too. I will lose 50 pounds by Christmas. then ill weigh 213 ish.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
