I resisted buying cookies today. I had a couple of dollars in my pocket and the only thing that kept me on track was that I was so full from a protein bar. I had a little pizza for dinner.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
