BP: 126/81 BMI: 29.7 (Overweight)

The last few weeks have been terrible. I have been eating poorly and getting very little exercise due to the back issues. I know what the problems are if I can get motivated to do anything about it.
219.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
