A good week. Not feeling week on the dieting. Just trying to keep it under 2000 calories a day. I am also exercising in some form every day. I ran/walked 3 times this week for the C25K and also walked on the days off. I think I will start stretching on the days off as well. Just for fun.
Looking into a half marathon that would be 9 months from now. We will see how things go for the C25K for the next 6 weeks.
