We just got back from our trip to the Bahamas with Kaci & Willie. We had a lot of fun! Kelli and I rode a banana boat, went parasailing, snorkeling, for a ride on a huge sail boat built in 1905, hangout on the white sand beaches and ate a tremendous amount of local Bahemian food like Konch (prepared every way imaginable), grouper, snapper, shrimp, lobster, ribs, peas & rice as well as a lot of cheese cake and a little guava duff. Needless to say I put on a few pounds. I actually weighed 162.4 the morning after we got back and then fell to 160.6 by the following day. I've been doing fairly well with diet and excersize since we got back, but I'm still having a hard time lifting... not much motivation there. I hope to do better. I was happy to be slightly below the 160 level this morning.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
